What does it mean to be part of a team? It means building, planning, sharing, looking ahead and doing it together. This is the spirit that, once again this year, united the Novalux team to Antoniano Onlus. Special days of corporate volunteering in the Antoniano canteen and in the Onlus' bread workshop.

Antoniano Onlus is a Bolognese reality that for 70 years has offered solidarity, help, support, at the service of the weakest and the world of children.
Novalux for Antoniano Onlus
Alessandro Sgrignoli, CEO Novalux, together with his team, put their hands to work. With Federica and Matteo, masters of Sfoglia, they learned the art of fresh pasta making, turning tradition into an experience of cohesion and collaboration. The most beautiful thing? The pasta prepared was served the following Sunday to the guests of Antoniano, thus contributing to the mission of welcoming and supporting those in difficulty.
Not only that, the Novalux team also donned gloves and aprons to prepare and serve a meal to the guests of the canteen in via Guinizelli in Bologna, gradually discovering the many souls of Antoniano at the centre of truly special days of solidarity.

A wonderful experience of solidarity, but also an opportunity for growth, comparison and training for the entire Novalux team, which, in a new guise, organised and planned a new and important activity.
