The Relais La Sommità is a historic sixteenth-century residence located in the precious historic center of Ostuni. The restaurant’s kitchen is as refined setting, characterized by a splendid natural stone vault enhanced through lighting. The Novalux PROFILO T profile mounted in a continuous row along the entire length of the wall, allows to efficiently illuminate the underlying worktop.  At the same time it emphasizes the rustic texture of the stone, with minimal visual impact.
